Do you serve breakfast?

Western-style breakfast is served daily at　"La Forêt" restaurant (7:30 to 9:30).
For Japanese-style breakfast, please book in advance by 6 p.m. on the day before.
I have dietary restrictions. What arrangements should I make?

Please inform the staff when making reservations or placing your order.
We will do our best to meet your demands.
Are there non smoking seats?

The "La Forêt",
"La Forêt Hanare" and the "Lounge" restaurants are entirely non smoking.
Can I take my children to eat with me?

There are no age limitations. However we ask for your consideration so as not to bother other guests.
Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages?

Yes. However we will charge a minimum of 3,630 JPY per item.
Do you offer any food to go at the hotel?

In the lounge, we sell a wide range of cakes.
Due to safety reasons, we do not allow any restaurant food to go.

On warm, sunny days, the terrace seats, from where you can admire Hakone’s beautiful nature changing from season to season as well as our garden with its carefully manicured lawn, are extremely popular.
We also serve cold and hot drinks, alcohol, cakes and snacks.
